These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Customer," or "you") and ROBOSEMI TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED("Company," "RoboSemi," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at H-85, Sector 63, Noida 201301, Uttar Pradesh, India.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with:

By accessing our website www.robosemitech.com or placing any order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

• • You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information

• • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST
• • Prices may change without prior notice; the price at checkout is the final price
• • Payment is due immediately at the time of placing the order
• • We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and EMI via Razorpay
• • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select pin codes
• • In case of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund
• • GST invoices will be issued for all purchases as required under GST Act, 2017

• • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation
• • Standard delivery: 3–5 business days across India
• • Express delivery: 1–2 business days (major cities only)
• • Free shipping on orders above ₹3,000 (standard and express)
• • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
• • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery by the courier
• • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, strikes, natural disasters, or government actions

• • Defective or wrong items qualify for free return shipping and full refund
• • Digital products, custom orders, and consumables are non-returnable

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. Consumer disputes may also be raised before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Noida, under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
